Now the cost of these food services average around $12 a day so you will have to calculate how much money you spend on a daily basis to see if it is cost effective for you. Remember with this services you ONLY eat what they provide for you. You cannot just eat your daily meals and snacks and expect to be able to eat other things and lose weight. The best thing to do is to no longer buy any food or ingredients like seasonings etc. As this will only hinder your diet plan.

Many of them have special offers where you can get discounts or a free week or so worth of meals. You will speak with someone over the phone to help you decide which program and menus would best suit you. If you decide to use one of these services remember that you will have to have self control and restrict yourself to what they provide.
