Without motivation let's face it you'll never lose a single pound. With that in mind, I'll show you some ways to help get you motivated.
Support groups such as Yahoo groups is a good place to go for information as well as support from your group's peers. Group members also can post messages that can provide alot of useful information on various tips and products that they've personally tried and liked or disliked.
Forums in my oppinion are the best ever for support and motivation. There are many forums dedicated for members to share each other's experiences and resources. Alot of them even have personal diarys or journals which you can post a log daily of your progress and your efforts to achieve your goals. Feel free to show before and after pictures of your progress. This will also inspire others to work harder as well as give them motivation to. There are alot of friendly people who are just like you in your same situation.
Social sites such as Face Book, Tweeter, Digg, etc. are good ways to show everyone your progress as well as meet others and view their progress as well. You will make new friends this way which will help get you motivated. There's no since in being alone on your journey so why not get some extra support from others that are in your shoes to?
Don't be shy to tell your friends and family about your goals. Discuss with them how you going to change your lifestyle to accomplish your goal. True friends and your family will give their support. If you have a friend that wants to lose weight just like you then by all means offer to work together. This will help keep both of you motivated since you will have a personal partner involved in your journey.
Feed your desire to lose weight. Think of what you would be wearing if you were at your desired weight. How more attractive you will look towards men/women. Think about how much healthier you will become. Plan out what your diet and exercising will be based on. Think of holidays you'd like to be slimmer around. Let this feed your desire to lose weight and get you motivated for the months to come.
Make reasonable goals each week or month for yourself. Don't go crazy and make outrageous goals. You will only tire yourself out and most likely give up. Take it easy and dont be too hard on yourself. Stick with your goals and take it one day at a time. It doesn't hurt to have a cheat day once out of the week. Make it reasonable though you dont want to mess up your diet from overdoing it.
Now that you have some insight on how to get motivated. Get out there and get motivated and start accomplishing your goals. Best of luck to you.

Diet Food Delivery Services
If you would like to ease the stress of coming up with different foods and ingredients to prepare low carb meals there are other options. I recently came across a few diet food delivery services which they prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) along with snacks to eat in between meals. A lot of these services have a lot of options ranging from low carb, men's, women's, senior, etc. programs. Also can pick out menus for different types of foods you would like to eat each day.
Delivery is made on a weekly basis however some services can deliver daily depending on your location. The meals are stored in a special container to retain its freshness. Therefore, there are no worries of your food spoiling if you was not available to pick it up when it was delivered. Currently I've only found services that deliver in the United States so if you live elsewhere be sure to look for services that are available in your area.
Now the cost of these food services average around $12 a day so you will have to calculate how much money you spend on a daily basis to see if it is cost effective for you. Remember with this services you ONLY eat what they provide for you. You cannot just eat your daily meals and snacks and expect to be able to eat other things and lose weight. The best thing to do is to no longer buy any food or ingredients like seasonings etc. As this will only hinder your diet plan.
Make sure you do your own research as there are so many different services out there with a wide range of prices. Find out which service would work best for your needs and convenience. Many of them have special offers where you can get discounts or a free week or so worth of meals. You will speak with someone over the phone to help you decide which program and menus would best suit you. If you decide to use one of these services remember that you will have to have self control and restrict yourself to what they provide.
